  • I want to help people (ADHD or not) find out how to function in the best way possible, so they can lead fulfilled lives.

Both in my career and personal life I struggled with ADHD.

After my diagnosis, I went into several hyper-focused deep dives on how to deal with ADHD. There are a lot of great books on it out there, and I did learn a lot, but my main struggles still remained.

To be honest, I was left feeling burnt out an deflated. I still felt broken. But as I discovered ADHD coaching, I learned how to listen to myself and started to discover what I needed to function well in my daily life.

Within weeks my whole view on ADHD was flipped on it’s head. I felt empowered, and for the first time in my life I felt like I didn’t need to fix myself. Within coaching I was taught that I wasn’t broken, and I didn’t need to find ways to function like “everyone" else. In fact I had to do quite the opposite - lean into what I need to function well.

  • After I got my diagnosis and went on a journey to understand my own ADHD, I finally felt a sense of fitting in and a knowing that I could finally do what I set my mind to with the knowing and tools I had learned.

  • I worked in the animation industry for over 10 years prior to becoming a coach.

Most recently I worked as a 3D character animator and animation lead in feature film studios like DNEG Animation and Mikros Animation.
